Mechanical Service and Maintenance
One maintenance plan. The whole building.
We provide planned maintenance and reactive support for commercial heating, cooling and ventilation systems. From air conditioning and chillers to AHUs, heat pumps, boilers and mechanical plant, we build the maintenance plan around the equipment you have and how your building operates.
A useful maintenance visit does more than tick off a checklist. Our engineers check the condition and performance of the plant, investigate developing faults and record what needs attention. That gives your team a clearer picture of immediate risks, future repairs and equipment approaching the end of its useful life.
One contract, complete support
Your maintenance plan can include:
- Scheduled visits tailored to your equipment and site
- Servicing across cooling, heating and ventilation plant
- Fault finding and reactive breakdown support
- Gas Compliance works
- Applicable F-gas checks and equipment records
- Digital service reports with practical recommendations
- Condition and lifecycle assessments
We can also arrange separate specialist inspections, including TM44 assessments, where required.
What happens after every visit?
You receive a digital report showing the work completed, faults found and our recommendations. We distinguish issues needing prompt action from repairs and upgrades that can be planned, so you can make decisions and set budgets with the facts in front of you.

Yes. We can survey the existing equipment and propose a schedule based on its condition, manufacturer requirements and how it is used.

Yes. Reactive support can be included in the agreed contract arrangements, with the response terms set out clearly.
Are statutory inspections included in a maintenance contract?
