Air Conditioning

ALL SERVICES

Systems that perform when you need them to

We install, service and maintain commercial air conditioning systems, from individual split units to larger VRF and VRV systems. Whether you need a new installation, help with an existing system or a planned maintenance programme, we look at what your building needs and give you practical advice.

Regular maintenance helps keep your system reliable and gives us the chance to spot faults before they become costly repairs. We also check what F-gas leak testing your equipment requires, based on its refrigerant and charge, so those visits and records can be built into your maintenance plan.

GET IN TOUCH

One contract, complete support

Your air conditioning maintenance plan can include:

  • Scheduled servicing tailored to your systems
  • Fault finding and reactive breakdown support
  • F-gas leak checks where required
  • Digital service records and equipment reporting
  • Clear recommendations for repairs or replacement
    ‍

TM44 assessments can also be provided separately where required.

What happens after a service visit?

You receive a digital report showing what we checked, any faults we found and what we recommend next. We’ll make clear what needs attention now and what can be planned, so you can make informed decisions about your equipment.

FAQs

Here you can find answer to our most-asked questions

How often should HVAC systems be serviced?

The required frequency depends on the type of equipment, how it's used and the environment it operates in. As a minimum, most commercial systems should be serviced twice a year. Systems containing refrigerants may also require F-Gas leak checks, with inspection frequencies determined by the refrigerant type, Global Warming Potential (GWP) and the system's CO₂ equivalent charge. Critical environments such as hospitals or data centres may require more frequent maintenance.

Do you cover emergency callouts outside contract hours?

Yes. We provide 24/7 emergency response for commercial HVAC and mechanical building services across the UK. Response times are agreed within your maintenance contract and are typically between one and four hours depending on the level of cover.

Can planned maintenance reduce energy consumption?

Yes. Regular maintenance helps ensure equipment operates efficiently by keeping coils, filters, fans, controls and refrigerant circuits in optimum condition. During maintenance visits we also identify opportunities to improve performance, helping reduce energy consumption and operating costs.

What is included in a maintenance contract?

Maintenance contracts typically include planned preventative maintenance, compliance inspections, digital service reports, engineering recommendations and priority access to our reactive breakdown service. The exact level of cover can be tailored to suit your operational requirements.

Can you maintain equipment you didn't install?

Absolutely. We regularly maintain systems installed by other contractors and manufacturers. Before taking on a new contract we'll carry out an initial asset review so we understand the condition of your equipment and any immediate recommendations.

How quickly can an engineer attend a breakdown?

Response times depend on the level of service agreed within your maintenance contract. Typical response times range from one to four hours for emergency call-outs.

Do you only maintain air conditioning systems?

No. We maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC and mechanical building services including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, air handling units, commercial gas systems, heat pumps, critical cooling systems and associated controls.

Can you help us plan equipment replacement?

Yes. During maintenance visits we assess the condition of your equipment and provide practical engineering recommendations to help you plan refurbishment, upgrades or replacement before failures occur.

Why choose a planned maintenance contract instead of calling when something breaks?

Planned maintenance helps reduce unexpected breakdowns, maintain compliance, improve energy efficiency, extend asset life and minimise disruption to your business. It also allows potential issues to be identified and resolved before they develop into costly failures.
